COTwo Advisors, LLC serves as the sponsor for COTwo Advisors Physical European Carbon Allowance Trust (the “Trust”), hereinafter referred to collectively as “COtwo Advisors,” (or “we,” “us” or, “our”). This privacy policy explains the personal information we collect, process, and disclose in connection with your interaction with our website or other direct contact with us. Throughout this policy, “you” refers to the individual that is using the website or services of COTwo Advisors.
We reserve the right to change, amend, or update this Privacy Policy. If we decide to change our Privacy Policy, we will post the revised Privacy Policy on this website or in a manner through which we regularly interact with you.

To companies that act as service providers in connection with the administration and servicing of the Trust, which may include attorneys, accountants, auditors, and other professionals, the maintenance of shareholder accounts, and the servicing or processing of transactions of the Trust
To government entities, in response to subpoenas, court orders, judicial process, or to comply with laws or regulations
To protect against fraud, unauthorized transactions (such as money laundering), claims or other liabilities, or to collect unpaid debts
When shareholders direct us to do so or consent to the disclosure, including authorization to disclose such information to persons acting in a fiduciary or representative capacity on behalf of the investor
We do not collect, use, or disclose sensitive personal information beyond what is reasonably necessary to provide our services.

We will not fulfill requests if we cannot verify your identity. We will only use the provided data to verify your request.
We aim to respond within 45 calendar days. If more time is needed (up to another 45 days), we will notify you and explain why.
How Long We Keep Your Personal Information
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. COTwo Advisors may retain data as needed to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes. When no longer needed, data is destroyed, deleted, or anonymized. Data will not be destroyed during regulatory retention periods or ongoing investigations.
How We Secure Personal Information
COTwo Advisors uses measures to protect personal information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, or disclosure. These include restricting access, working only with secure third parties, and maintaining strong physical, technical, and administrative safeguards.
